In an alternate world, a race of giant humanoid beings known as Titans and Giants have always lived alongside humans for as long as time could tell. In the early 1970s, a young troubled Titan named Miyoko, who had left Japan years ago and is now living in America, ends up finding herself in a peculiar spot when she ends up saving the life of a young human.
