This is my first Azur lane story so please bear with me if I make any errors or sentences that don't make sense. I do not know a lot of the Azur lane lore so I could get some information wrong because I only play the game. I am not writing to the original but as a fan story so the plot will heavily differ from the Azur lane main lore. I may include some original parts along the way just to keep it relevant at least. Azur lane x Male Reader.
Azur Lane is a navy port constructed on an island by humans somewhere in the middle of the pacific ocean. It was the final attempt to drive out the invading otherworldly beings known as Sirens. The island inhabitants are beings called ship girls created by merging otherworldly resources such as wisdom cubes with ww1 to ww2 warships into human like beings. They achieved great success in driving out most Sirens from Earth so the human higher ups decided to send human commanders to lead Azur Lane.
The first few commanders were successful at doing this job. However, as years passed by the quality of human commanders' leadership and Azur lane had declined. Especially, one male commander did terrible things to several ship girls that he was fired after being assigned for just 3 months.
1 year later, the human higher ups decided to send another human commander to lead Azur lane once more. Will this new commander be able to save Azur lane and make it great again or will it be the other way around? We'll find out more in this story.

My first fanction in my Wattpad profile about Azur Lane... ...and it all starts in June 1942, when the Azur Lane's massive fleet is setting out in a decisive naval battle against the combined Sakura Empire and the Siren fleet; hellbent on trying to take the atoll of Midway, until they are caught in the Mirror Sea cast by Akagi. Ever since that fateful day, when the long bloody war between the Sirens and Azur Lane ended, with Azur Lane being the victor. The Sirens remained quiet for many decades. A device that allows the impossible to become possible, time travel. We believe they intend to go back in time to the middle of the war they lost, taking advanced tech along with them, to change the future of humanity in their favor. So we at Eagle Union have been working hard to counter this new issue. After working relentlessly, struggling to create a piece of technology many generations ahead of our current time. We have finally created our own time jumper, capable of simultaneously sending multiple warships back in time.
