Those are the things in every tragic love story, aren't they? But in this story there is so much in between. How can one story be narrowed down into four words? It can't. There are so many more words that Remus Lupin has to describe the story of his love. Yet this story isn't just a tragic love story, and he can't be so selfish to describe it as only that. It's a story of friendship, a story of betrayal, it's a story filled with laughter, and pain. It's a story about a war that was fought, a war that led to the betrayal of two friends. A betrayal that led to their deaths. It's a story of a war that tore everyone apart and left bits and pieces of them all behind. How could it be fair that Remus only got to live the good parts of his life for such a short amount of time. How could it be fair that they all got so little time together? You never think that there is a time limit on life until you reach it. You're eleven years old and you think you're gonna live forever, but that's not the case. Life gives us such little time, some people make the most of it. The marauders were the people who made the most of it. This is their story.
