Lindsay and her friends were lost on a road trip. They stop at a farmhouse to ask for directions and meet the Wilcox family. After her friends are brutally murdered, Lindsay's life is spared. She is kept alive to be Gabe Wilcox's wife. 

Lindsay lives in constant fear of being punished by Gabe or his father. They slowly chip away at Lindsay's sanity. She is desperate to keep her mind as the family convinces her that they love her. 

Little by little, Lindsay learns about Wilcox's deadly traditions.
