Titan's were surrounding us from every angle.

My weak body was resting on the back of my brother who struggled to support himself in the midst of battle. With his sword at the ready, the blood of titans evaporated in a steamy mist.

Shouts of a dozen soldiers echoed in the near distance from the interior of the kingdom walls.

We needed to escape. Not only from the giants that reached for our flesh, but also from the kinghts of my father's own army who sought to put our existence to an end.

I wanted to help my brother who was trying so desperately to keep us alive. However, I had already transformed more than enough times and my energy was drained almost completely. Not even my quirk would hardly activate.

Akihiko's legs were now shaking from the overuse of his quirk and the titans were closing the gap between us. Soon, we would be consumed and my titan would be inherited.

At least, that's what I thought. Until a group of people, their familiar, green capes illuminated by the full moon's light, fell upon the percussion of giants.
