Marinette thought she'd left it all behind her. Chat suddenly refusing to help anyone but himself, Adrien leaving school and pushing his friends away, and even Hawkmoth's mysterious disappearance and lack of akumas. Ladybug and Chat Noir were a thing of the past, and she intended to keep it that way.

Now, though, in her last year of college, memories she thought were buried forever suddenly come crashing down around her when Chat Noir saves her life. And with Hawkmoth's sudden return and her life delving into chaos, Marinette is forced to assess her feelings and confront her past.
