In a not-so-distant future, scientist Odin Mackenzie creates a therapy ring to help his wife through a miscarriage. The ring stores a digital copy of a lost child's consciousness and creates a holographic life form the ring-wearer may interact with. The ultimate effects of this innovation are cataclysmic, beginning a ticking time bomb towards the end of humanity. ------ I wrote this all over the course of three days and I'll be the first to admit that it's very rough!!! It's also the first story I've finished in years, maybe?? So I figured I'd post it here! I'll post a new chapter each day until all 15 parts are released :) Thanks for reading! Any likes or comments are greatly appreciated. My best, --DS

Amelia was working in her dream job. Good job, good pay, and good boss! Then, something changes and life takes an unexpected turn. Welcome to the unpredictable journey of Amelia. Preview ******** "Don't provoke me Amy" He groaned, his eyes darting towards my lips. "ugh? Wha? - what did I do now?" I almost crocked as I wet my lips again. "This" He swooped down to capture my lips. It was not a gentle kiss. It was hard and passionate and I couldn't do anything but be melted. My core throbbed as my hands went around his neck to clench his hair. His heat engulfed me and just when I thought my knees will give away, suddenly everything went cold. "Wha-t huh?" A moment before we couldn't have enough of each other and now, he was standing away, near his huge window, staring at me. "Please leave Ms. Wilson" his voice was tart. I couldn't believe we were back to the last name basis. "How dare you?" I was furious. "Tone, Ms. Wilson" His lips were a thin line. "Then behave, Mr. Holden" I straightened my dress and hair and turned on my heel. *************************************************************************** Greetings, Thank you for giving this book a chance :) Please read, comment and hit the Star :) --Cover pic credit to squammie.wordpress.com/
