* "H-hey could you take my order?" A quiet but deep voice asks me, snapping me from my thoughts and causing me to jump. 

*"S-sorry yes I will," I say before I look up and see him. Holy shit he's scary as hell. He's a giant skeleton with a huge crack in his skull, a bright red eye, and extremely sharp teeth. He was wearing a giant sweatshirt that made him even more huge. I stand there staring at his teeth, my fight or flight kicking in.

*"Uh, did you get that? You're kind of just staring heh. Sorry I tend to have that affect on people," He says as he rubs his hand against his neck awkwardly.


Monsters have slowly become part of our normal day to day lives. It's been 5 months since they've been freed from the underground and humanity has almost forgiven them for murder of countless humans. Y/n is not entirely comfortable with the monsters yet, as they terrify them, but they will never treat monsters badly.

Y/n works at a local café where they meet a skeleton that terrifies them. They try to treat him with kindness anyways, but every time they look at him panic sets in. Eventually y/n becomes determined to make this monster her friend and hopes that one day her fear will go away.All Rights Reserved

It was strange, though. You had a thick, fluffy sweater on with matching fluffy PJ's but you were still freezing cold. You decided to explore. There was a hallway in the distance.
