Hope's avenger sister

what if hope had a twin that was born human, or so they thought, because of this she was always rejected. While running away, she gets captured by the red room and is trained only to activate her werewolf gene and vampire gene. what happens when she goes to hydra and meets twins with super abilities? Will she ever see her sister again?
