Rue gets her powers five months before Peter. When the two spiders meet they team up and make a deal. She's supposed to teach Peter how to be a better Spiderman, meanwhile he helps her catch up with her math classes. A strong friendship is created between them, but challenges come up.

Will the challenges tear them apart? Or will they bring them closer together?
