This story is about a girl who never really got to fit in with anyone. Although she tried she could never find any friends or anybody to talk to. She always sat alone at luch time and no one evr talked to her. She is in high school now and doesnt know what to do. She is getting haunted by her grandmother soul and is dissapointed that she is forced, by her mother,  to go to her grave and sing a song to her. Also she is getting raped by one of her family members, her grandfather, he calls her every friday after school at 3:00 and if shes doesnt go she gets another one the following morning. Noah messaged her saying he wants to break up with her. those words broke Rose very badly which left a deep scar on her heart. every day Rose thought he will come back she was waiting for her every day thinking for a reasonable reason but only his memories were left. One day Rose's father said very cruel words which made her leave the house. she left the town she was living in and went to another city where she once again crossed paths with Noah.

Her only escape from this twisted reality is a creature named Shadow. A terrifying creature that is somehow more humane than the so-called humans around her. Shadow could easily take all her problems away, but Melody refuses to take the easy way out. That is, until she just couldn't take it anymore, she takes Shadow's offer and soon her life got better. Her bullies started disappearing, showing up dead in the woods. Their bodies badly mutilated, almost unrecognizable. Life at school started getting better, she finally had human friends and even a boyfriend. Her "father" was found dead at her house. The torture had finally ended. Unfortunately this story doesn't have a happy ending, after all karma always strikes back.
