At the cusps of a Spanish-American conflict, Philip is faced with the prospect of war between his colonizer, the Spanish Empire, and the rising super power of the century, the United States of America. As he's forced to help Spain's futile attempts at keeping hold of the islands against America's campaign of "freedom" on the colonies, Philip realized one thing between the words of the cruel Spaniard and the so-called liberator - no matter what they proclaimed to fight for, it was just the same man on different sides.
