Ahhhhh yes, the classic Isekai. What method would you like to use to enter another world? Would you like to be summoned? Jump through a mysterious portal? Or just let Truck-kun send you over?

Have your answer?

Well what would happen if your method failed? What if you do meet god but they have no intention to reincarnate you? What if you do end up reincarnating in another person's body but receive more memories than you bargained for?

Join our protagonist as he clears the first step in an Isekai and lives his life in another world. Perhaps after he clears the first hurdle he'll no longer be the same person he once was.

Darkness surrounded me as I woke up, disoriented and gasping for breath. My mind was clouded with confusion, and my body felt heavy and sluggish. It took a moment for my senses to adjust and for me to realize that I was no longer in the virtual reality simulator that had been my prison for so many years. I sat up and looked around, my eyes slowly adjusting to the dimly lit room. It was empty except for a single figure standing in the shadows. As I focused on the person, a sense of familiarity washed over me. It was a girl with long, flowing hair and piercing eyes that seemed to hold the weight of the world. "Who are you?" I managed to croak, my voice barely above a whisper. She stepped forward, her gaze never leaving mine. "I am a goddess," she said, her voice carrying a hint of sorrow. "And I am here to offer you a chance at a new life." The words hung in the air, filling the room with a heavy silence. A new life? It seemed too good to be true. But as I looked into her eyes, I saw a glimmer of sincerity. There was something about her presence that commanded my attention, that made me believe there was more to her than met the eye. "Why me?" I finally asked, my voice filled with a mix of curiosity and skepticism. She sighed softly, her expression softening. "You were caught in an accident, one that I caused unintentionally. It left you paralyzed, trapped in a simulated world. I cannot undo what has been done, but I can offer you a chance to start anew, to live a life free from the confines of that prison."
