Young rookie officers Tommy Innit and Ranboo are ready to prove themselves to the Detroit police station that they have what it takes to taken on real cases. However, despite both their desires to do well, Tommy and Ranboo can't stop finding ways to get involved in conflicts. To alleviate the problem, in steps Tu-600, the android sent by cyberlife. As Tu-600 follows the two bickering officers on their mission to figure out the details of a gang fight over the lucrative drug, Red Ice, he becomes more and more unstable, wondering if the feelings he is experiencing is natural when getting closer with his partners or a sign of deviancy.

On the other side of Detroit, two criminal brothers are frantically looking for their beloved missing android, Ph-1Z4, who was supposed to be by their side before the gang fight broke out. They needed him, and they would do anything to get him back, even if it meant jeopardizing their mission to destroy cyberlife and what it stood for, even by postponing their plan to lace explosives under their biggest cooperate building in the nation. How will the two react when they find out he's been taken into the Detroit police system for questioning, and how will they get him back from the rookies who desperately needed him for leads on who exactly the Nightmare mafia was and how that links to the new found spread of deviants?

But George and Clay barely have time to sleep, let alone focus on anything else. None of that stops George from crushing hard on his classmate, but Clay's heart seems to be somewhere else.
