what would have happen if instead of the doctor they saw in manga/anime the saw a quirk less doctor who lied to the midoriya's and told them Izuku had a mental IQ and analyst quirk. to save him from bullying.

The Summoning Hero
Izuku was a strange child, when he was a kid he found out he had a quirk but the doctors had no idea what it was or how it worked. Because of this he tried everything he could think of to try make his mom's or dad's quirks work but absolutely nothing did. A my hero academia fan fiction where All Might didn't lose the slime monster... and Izuku, dreams freshly crushed, decides to help in a way even a "quirkless Deku" like him could.
