Being Rewritten - 

Naruto Uzumaki a loud-mouth pre-teen who you can't help but to notice, he's obnoxious, he doesn't own an inside voice or a plan to think before action, and over all rude. Only a few people can handle his annoying behavior and even they have their limits. This brain is the one that makes everyone think he's happy, that everything is okay 

Naruto Namikaze is quiet and unseen, not physically unseen but he's not noticed, not like he wants to been noticed anyways. He's a well thought out pre-teen who thinks about day to day activities before wasting time and energy on such useless things. Though still rude and can raise his voice if needed this teen is fawned over when he is noticed. This brain is the one that handles the trauma, the one that it doesn't matter if there okayor not because they let the trauma make them numb to it.
