200 years ago, the great dimension of Nylin, one of multiple dimensions alongside the Overworld, Nether, and others, was united under one king. However, this age of unity fell apart. With the death of king Hewichiluh II, 327 years of peace fell apart, as the king's children had all died of illness at a young age, leaving lords to squabble over the succession, with the kingly council unable to piece things back together. The lords carved out their own little kingdoms, and have been fighting eachother through raids, infiltration, and the occasional outright war ever since. However, a youngling from one of these fighting kingdoms has stood up to the challenge of going against the order of the day, and maybe even one day forging a new golden age for the dimension.
