Once they crashed on Earth, Nemesis soon found herself in symbiosis with a damaged, orphaned Latina named Raiva. After one year of keeping her silence, Nemesis revealed herself to Raiva when Carlton Drake's rocket exploded.
The famous reporter who uncovered it all, Eddie Brock, soon found out about Raiva and immediately adopted her. Now Raiva Brock, she quietly stalked the night and took out small store and bank robbers until she lost control and went into hiding.
