This is a short story with Karuizawa Kei's point of view in the events during her short visit in her boyfriend's room. The event is in the Second Year Arc Volume 2, so please refer to there. For a disclaimer, this is only a headcanon fanfic I thought of. No need for me explain thoroughly that I do not own the series, nor I am affiliated with the author or the staff. All rights are credited to them.
