when 22 year old George Davidson witnesses a murder of the infamous smiley killer, his whole world is turned into a nightmare when the smiley killer takes a interest in him and kills his mother. With the police force trying to keep him safe and the Smiley killer trying to coax him out. George is thrown into a game where he can trust no one. and where the past comes back to haunt him.

Afterwards, after an incident that caused much grief in the Davidson family, George's father had set George on finding a cure. Finally, after four years of sleepless nights and painful losses, George had done it. He'd found the cure. But if that was the case, then why did he hire a coyote to smuggle him out of the city? Why did he run away with the only known cure for zombie-ism?
