This is a series of one shots based on Pixelberry's Open Heart, featuring Dr. Ethan Ramsey and Dr. Cassie Valentine. The stories follow canon to a certain extent but diverge after book 1. In this AU, there is no trip to the Amazon and no need for a reset. You don't have to read them in order, but some stories follow from or build on a plot point in the one before it. Disclaimer: Characters belong to Pixelberry except for OCs, which are mine. Ps. Check out Open Heart One Shots: Marriage Edition in my works which explores their relationship from engagement to wedding and beyond.

New hospital, new way of operations, new relationship...Blue Hunter finds herself starting off her last year of residency with plenty of changes in her life. However with Ethan Ramsey by her side, she knows that she can get through anything.
