Hydra had taken you when you were a child and had been experimenting on you using the mind stone, but when they found that it was going to kill you before they could see any real results they decided to inject you with a vial of newly developed super soldier serum similar to the one you were currently hunting down. The enhancements allowed you withstand the mind stone, giving you both enhanced abilities and also telekinesis. After they finished with their experiments with you finish they put you into the winter soldier program which you eventually escaped. You were able to get your mind back after a few years and you joined the avengers during ultran like Wanda and became close to Steve. Now you, Bucky, Sam and most regrettably Zemo all had to work together to take down Karli and the flagsmashers.

His black market knowledge could prove critical to tracking down the source of the virus and safeguard Wakanda. This assumes Bucky and Zemo kissed during the events of TFATWS, but otherwise everything fits canon. I aim to hold to canon as much as possible, except assuming both men are bisexual and are attracted to one another. There is a plot and investigation.
