They use classism to stop transformers from thinking past their desired function. A young Megatron would have been forced to spend the rest of his life in the mines if it wasn't for one of the few good senators that saved him from that life. The senate however turned his friend Orion against him and now Megatron with the help of Senator Ratbat and her Decepticons strives to find information to reveal just how corrupt the senate is to the complacent populace.
