My name is Isabelle. I'm the type of person to suffer silently and try to endure as much as possible. My plan to survive the constant abuse given to me by my peers and mother is working until a certain boy gets in the way. His name is Seth and for whatever idiotic reason he feels he can "help me." It's almost laughable, but what if he's right and I do need help? Maybe I can learn to trust him. It does help that he's cute. My name is Seth and I've met someone that might have it worse than me. Her name is Isabelle and I'm determined to make her happy. But what if she ends up helping me as well?

"AVA DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR LIFE! DON'T JUST SIT THERE AND CUT YOURSELF! YOU HAVE SO MUCH TO LIVE FOR!" , my mother screams. As I watch my blood pour down my wrist, I say, " I can't. Blood takes away my pain." She's slipping away. Day by day. She's being taken away to the dark side. The side she's always wanted to be on. Her eyes are bloodshot with tire and pain. She wants to be dead. But no one will let her. When she finally is ready to let go, she meets a boy. He seemed strange at first, but that's how everything changed. Together, they are facing their fears. And nothing can stop them. Until one day. The girl will never be the same. These are the side effects of suicide. These are the side effects of life. This, is when she wanted to end herself. This girl is named Avaline. Or Ava. She was a normal 16 year old. But life is full of surprises they say. And these surprises aren't always what they seem like.
