In a world where 80% of the people have extraordinary powers called quirks, a boy by the name of Izuku Yagi was unlucky enough to be born as a part of the 20% that had no abilities whatsoever.
After he was diagnosed as quirkless, both his parents started ignoring him and began spoiling their daughter, and Izuku's twin sister, Izumi, as she had a powerful quirk.
