Ayara Mayreen Lycoris, who was 4 years old at the time, was forced to return to Japan to live with her relatives, Nobody expected her to befriend Bakugou Katsuki, a hotheaded and oversize ego guy, because she was considered attractive but had a cool and serene demeanor. She manages to calm and regulate the rowdy boy, and the two quickly become best friends and inseparable to the point that they have frequent sleepovers and sit next to each other at school. The two did not alter over time except visually, with the dark haired girl becoming more ethereal and breathtaking, like a true angel, Bakugou's shield and girl.

Despite possessing a strong and admirable quirk, the black-haired beauty has no plans of becoming a hero when it is time to start high school. Still, as a result of the relentless chasing and bribe, she eventually agreed to her best friend's idea.
