Laura-Maria Fors comes from a long line of race car drivers and there's no place she'd rather be than on the grid every weekend. Life sometimes has other plans though and as Laura fights to hold onto everything she's always wanted those around her are fighting to keep her alive. How far will she go to prove that she's more than just her last name? And will those who love her go too far trying to keep her safe? (F1 fanfic - I use the names of the current f1 drivers in the story just too keep it simple but please note that those character are not actually based on their life-life counterparts. The personalities I've given the F1 drivers in the story do not necessarily correlate with the personalities of the 2021 grids drivers.)

Their Fathers built entire legacies in Formula One - She's the daughter of the cunning, yet whole-hearted, Lewis Hamilton, while he's the son of his arguably biggest, most aggressive rival, Max Verstappen. Faith Hamilton, and yes, she's aware of how ridiculous it is that her religious Father chose that name for her, hence the nickname 'Remi' that she goes by, works her way up to Formula One costing her blood, sweat and tears. Living in someone's shadow is difficult and majority of people know what it's like but not many people learn from their neglection. I went from driving my brothers old kart during the weekends to the first ever female driver in F2 and hopefully one day, F1. (Based on 2023 F1 and F2 grid with a few tweaks although it is set during the 2022 season. Not all of the results or the track order will be the same as the actual 2022 season. I haven't made anyone's personalities fully accurate and have added some additional things myself.
