She wears short skirts, I wear t-shirts. She is cheer captain, I'm football captain. Cliché init? But there is one problem... we are both girls. - A story where two completely opposite girls find a home within the other. Alyson Slate, the new girl in town, comes from a wealthy family. She is the basic rich cheerleader on the outside but in reality she is sweet and adventurous. Paris is her comfort friend, whom she is slightly obsessed with. Paris Parker, the average bad girl, comes from an abusive household. She focuses herself on football and tries to ignore her slutty reputation. Alyson is her escape from the cruel world.

Salem G. Baker spends all her time at school being harassed for her name. It doesn't help that her mother was a witch or that her English class started a new unit about the Salem Witch Trials. One night, when Salem is at the neighborhood park working on some of her writing, the captain of the football team walks up to her. What confuses Salem about this situation is, not that was there, but that he was being nice. This story may seem like a cliche, but trust me, it is most definitely not. **Mature for language**
