helloooo! i'm just beginning to attempt at shifting/reality shifting, and decided to make a book of progress. i am not a professional in anyway, and am still learning, but feel free to accompany me in my progress!
i hope this is helpful in some way! i apologize if it's a bit hard to read though ^^
also, if you have any tips or tricks i would love to hear them!

My Mythical Journal
This is my journey towards becoming a mythical. In this journal I will mostly talk about my subliminal results, reality shifting, and my tulpas, at least in the later chapters. I started this journal when I was 14 so it's cringy for a while. Also this journal was started in 2017, but I had to re-publish the chapters, so it's messed up now. I still update this. All of this is real. As of late 2025 I'm focusing on reality shifting.
