Carter was a shy girl. She didn't have any friends, not that it mattered to her. No one bothered to notice her, and after a while she began to get used to it. She never was much of a talker, but she definitely knew how to listen. Alyssa was quite outgoing. She was somewhat popular with an amazing boyfriend and a million other friends. She briefly knew of Carter considering she sits next to her in history. She never payed much attention, but only because everyone else didn't. It's clear that these girls are on complete opposite ends of the high school spectrum. What happens when one fatal event changes their thoughts about each other forever?
