After being under the protection of her father and two siblings she gets tiered of sitting on the side line waiting torture or even death.
She asks to be apart of the mafia and gets approved to be an assassin. There her and Lucas Bancroft have to work together.
Lucas Bancroft has always kept to himself he's never told anyone anything not even his own closest friends. He has the opinion of thinking Veronica will only be in his way. Will that be true?
Veronica is only falling deeper into the quick sand she never knew she was in.
