Koeshi and Athel are very different, but they have something in common. They have very weird names. But maybe, they're not so different, they just don't know it yet.
Koeshi is very quiet and reserved. He tries to make friends, but it all goes downhill. He likes to think, but doesn't say what he's thinking. What for? No one will ever care to listen.
Athel doesn't have a reason to talk to anyone. He's been on Earth long enough to know that people die and you get over it. That people leave and you get over it. He's not afraid to say what's on his mind, he's not afraid of anything.
