It's been a year since Kuvira was sentenced to house arrest in Zaofu and she's been trying to regain the love and trust of Suyin and her family which has had it's difficulties. But suddenly Baatar Sr. and Suyin decide to take a drive but a car crash in sues costing both Suyin and Baatars life. A devastated Kuvira realizes that her feelings towards Su were more than she thought and suddenly a light appears before her and she is sent somewhere else and later realizes she has been sent through time and finds a young Suyin Beifong before she decides to settle down and Kuvira is given a second chance.
