The Visit to Walnut Grove

This is my version of a Little House on the Prairie finale.

This takes place after Bless all the Dear Children with no The Last Farewell.

Harriet Oleson is back from the hospital in Minneapolis that she was at.

Albert is dead because of the movie Look Back to Yesterday.

there will be lots of references to previous episodes.

In Iowa Charles and James go out to buy a birthday present for Cassandra since her birthday is tomorrow, and while they're out James gets shot by a robber and dies...Charles comes home and he explains to his family what happened to James, everyone is upset especially Cassandra, once Cassandra to falls asleep, Carrie thinks of the idea to surprise Cassandra for her birthday by the entire family going back to Walnut Grove with her to visit Laura, and her family

In New York Mary gets pregnant again and she and Adam decide to take a trip back to Walnut Grove to tell Laura and her family.

In Walnut Grove Laura gets word that her Ma and Pa and sisters and brother in-law are coming back to Walnut Grove for a visit and that Mary and Adam have a big surprise for them Laura is so excited until she gets home only to find Jenny taking care of Rose and Almanzo not there at all even though he was supposed to be home from work an hour ago, and Jenny has no idea where he is so Laura goes to find Almanzo and finds him near the tree her Pa fell out of (in the episode A Harvest of friends) and he's hurt badly

When the Ingalls and Kendalls get to Walnut Grove Cassandra is still upset about James being dead and Laura is worried about Almanzo, Adam gets a cold, then Cassandra tries to kill herself but she and Charles both end up hurt

Laura has to take a delivery to Sleepy Eye since Almonzo couldn't do it and she runs into some old friends

Does everyone still manage to enjoy the visit in Walnut Grove?

And Charles and Carroline start to think...
