     Some people honored people is the leader
But no, the readership is respect generated from the people you lead
     Once you have their respect then they will honor you with complains 
     People might fear you but without respecting you
That means if one of them being an idea of taking you off from leadership, it will be easy because they will support him/her.
    But respect is gained by doing good things, studying the weaknesses and victory of the people you're leading
