magic is intention of the user, for every action, a reaction occurs and you have to face the consequences of the reaction or we don't have order. One can't ignore consequences, because they will all ways catch up with you, no matter how hard you try to run. to accept the what reaction has caused and the damaged it will do does someone face with true peace of self instead of inner turmoil of what is right action and wrong reaction.
We have characters that don't understand the ramifications of their actions, they will learn that their is all ways consequences for actions, even for duality.
