STEVE ROGERS is busy with his half of the avengers. In Lagos, they try to stop someone from Hydra. But he gets thrown off guard when the guy mentions BUCKY. In a act to save him and everyone else, WANDA MAXIMOFF uses her powers to bring the guy into a building when the building gets on fire killing thousands of WAKANDA citizens! Soon after TONY STARK gets the Secretary of State- secretary Ross to come to the compound. Secretary Ross shows them the Sokovia Accords. It's Captain America versus Ironman! Will Steve get Bucky help? Or will Tony's accords get in the way?

Bucky Barnes starts to remember his life before he became the Winter Soldier. After the events of Washington, he had wanted to run away and hide. He knew people would come looking for him, especially Hydra and the Avengers. Hidden away in a remote town, on the outskirts of Maine, Bucky tries to live a simple life without drawing attention to himself. Little does he know, he had been followed. ***** Alexandria (Lexi) Adams, was one of the best shadow agents of SHIELD. She was one that Fury trusted with everything, including her judgement. Fury knew that having the Winter Soldier on their side, would be beneficial, not to mention, it would stop Rogers from turning down missions he was needed on. Lexi follows Barnes from a distance, helping to set him up with a home and job, without him knowing it was her. She had moved in to the apartment across from him, playing the friendly neighbour, which was a feat in itself. Lexi was never considered a friendly type of person. It was her mission, to help keep him safe, recover his past, and obtain any Hydra information. She makes sure to bump into him, while shopping for groceries, introducing herself, but she finds he's very closed off and guarded. Can she get through to him, or will he up and run again? When Hydra operatives come crashing through their complex, Lexi must make the choice, to stand and fight, or run. Will the two work together? When new intel comes through about a Hydra weapon, the avengers split into two teams, one checking out a new base, while the other scours an old one. It's no coincidence that the intel comes through, and they find files about experiments done to one person. The work together to find out all they can, not realising that they are being watched by the very soldier herself. After an attack on the compound, which leaves quite a few of the team shaken, one avengr in particular is intrigued by the univited guest now residing in the holding cells. Who is the masked assailant, and why is it, she listened to him? **** The soldier begins to remember her past, fighting against all the Hydra conditioning, to remember who she was. Why does one of the men stand out? Who is he, and why does she have an overwhelming need to protect him? She knows Hydra will stop at nothing to get their soldiers back, but will she submit to Hydra or fight for right to live free? It's been almost a month and a half since the destruction of Ultron and the city of Sokovia. No one has heard or seen Iris since. Little do they know that she's alive, well, and under the care of Carter, a man from her past. It isn't until Nick Fury picks Iris up from Carter's that Iris shows up unannounced at the New Avenger's facility, much to the bewilderment of the team. And, as always, Iris' luck is generally poor. After an accident on one of the New Avenger's missions, King T'Chaka of Wakanda brings up a serious concern that directly involves the Avengers and the way they work. Other issues arise and over 100 countries band together to create the Sokovia Accords. The Accords put the Avengers under the direct control of the United Nations, which strips the signing members of the freedom to fight when and where they believe they are needed. However, the Accords don't sit right with everybody on the team and it begins to tear friendships apart at the seams as some decide to sign. To make matters worse, a dirty bomb goes off and kills numerous people at the signing in Vienna. The worst part? Bucky Barnes is the one framed. Now he's the most wanted criminal in the world. But with the Accords in place, half the Avengers must sit on their hands and do nothing, while the other half tries to help Steve get his best friend back.
