What makes a hero?
There wasn't really a right or wrong answer. Some said it was how many people you save, regardless of your initial intentions. Others argued it was how powerful you were in terms of defeating villains.
To Midoriya Izuku, it was your intentions and beliefs.
It was if you chose to do the right thing.
It was having a kind heart.
So why, when he stood before the number one hero - his idol, his inspiration, the man who gave him the will to live - did he feel heartbroken? That wasn't what a hero was supposed to make civilians feel, right? They were supposed to protect and comfort.
Not crush dreams.
Or;
Midoriya Izuku is only a middle-schooler. A kid. There is only so much a kid can take... And an interaction with his idol pushed him a little too far.
But that small push might've changed his life forever...

Thank you so much! :)] Perhaps it's not the best idea to pass on a quirk to someone who's dream you just crushed, they could've already started planning something. Izuku Midoriya was always a kid dedicated to his dream of becoming a hero, even if it was far, far away from reach. But after having a terrible day as is, his idol said he could never reach it because he was too weak. Well, that was the last straw for him, and from then on he gave up on his previous dream, and started a new one, one that would prove them all right, in the worst way possible. And his used to be idol was stupid enough to give him his quirk, on top of that he got another from his new leader, so now he had more power than little him ever could dream of. And with that power, he would do the worst things, and make everyone fear what he was capable of •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• I present to you all, almost the plot of the My Hero Academia anime (so far in 2021), but told by Deku if he was a villain. Izuku Midoriya had everything a 4-year-old child could wish for. He had a family, a home and a quirk that was like no other. Thanks to a tragic and very bloody night, he was left with nothing then his own memories of a happy past and his quirk to protect himself. He quickly found out that people are looking at him because of his quirk. All the people ever wanted was his quirk and not him. Years pass, and the little green bean learned to trust no one but himself. If one was to ask him what was his quirk, he would say he was quirkless. Izuku quit dreaming of becoming a pro hero after three times of being denied. He decided to screw it, and just be normal. He has part time jobs, he recently graduated, he has a car, a nice apartment.
