Life has become something else after Los Angeles had been closed off from the rest of the world. The rich stay in power, safe from all the danger in the city by building literal and metaphorical walls to keep the money in and the poor out. Once or twice a month the city is ravaged by monsters in search of blood and destruction. The city would be in ruins if it wasn't for a strange masked figure.
My name is Alex Cruz. I am a Latin teen currently living a life more luxurious than the Kardashians. It wasn't always like this. I used to be like any normal kid with a single mom working a 9 to 5. That was all until my mom with the help of two of her richest clients was able to become one of the most successful women in finance, owning a multi-million dollar business and throwing us into an entirely new way of life.
