Leadership and COVID
Leadership is challenging as, and not everyone can be a leader. But the challenges of leadership have moved to a whole new level because of the pandemic caused by the Coronavirus. This means that now there is a whole new perspective and wisdom that is needed for a good leader.

What Makes a Leader
A few things that are needed to be a good leader are experimentation, confidence, the ability to take risks, and resilience. Thinking decisively but quickly while grasping the complexity of the situation is also needed. Leaders need a different perspective altogether, and only then can they lead other people successfully.
