8 years ago, .... the entire Half-Toon population was decimated from the United States of America by the evil entity known by many as Judge Doom. Before this one tried another ultimatum upon the Toon Realm in 1947, but met his demise at the hands of his deadly creation and with the help of courageous toons and humans. Now the toons are slowly but surely rebuilding their own society while facing their new found independence. But like a phoenix out of its ash something from both nature rises again.
But what would the toons say?
