Curtis Salazar is Timmy Liu McKenzie's best friend. They have been best friends and inseperable since birth. Timmy can't imagine a life without Curt and he is really hoping it is the same with Curtis too. Timmy also has known since forever that he is in love with Curt, but it's a secret he is sure to take to his grave especially with Curtis endless streams of girlfriend. It's fine with him though, hiding his feelings is second nature to him. He just tries to be there for Curtis anyway he can, devoting his time to his studies and his pictures whenever they weren't together. It is the only way Timmy knew to be sane.

Everything was going well until Curtis is backed into lying that he is gay to the entire school. Then he has to go on to prove that his lie isn't actually a lie and who better to lie with than his best friend who is already gay. It turns out quite believable to the student body but completely unbelievable to Timmy himself. Of course Timmy couldn't say no, Curtis needed him afterall. The thing is, would Curt be there when Timmy needs him?

(COMPLETED) Dylan and EJ came from two very different worlds. Dylan was born and raised in Albay, Bicol, where he was surrounded by the familiar comforts of his school, friends, and everything he had ever known. However, the 2008 recession forced his parents to make a tough decision. They moved to Pine Hill, Manila, in search of a better future. Dylan hated the move. He felt lost and disconnected in the busy city and even more out of place at St. Michael's Catholic School, where the boys looked like models and the girls seemed straight out of high-end fashion magazines. Then he met Eric James "EJ" Medina. EJ was the school's golden boy, an overachiever who excelled at everything. He earned constant praise from teachers and admiration from classmates. But behind the accolades and perfect façade, EJ was lonely. He craved recognition and love from his parents, who always compared him to his flawless older brother. Dylan and EJ quickly became friends, but soon, Dylan found himself dealing with feelings that went beyond friendship. He tried to hide his growing affection for EJ, but the more he suppressed it, the stronger it became. EJ, too, struggled with his feelings, denying them until he couldn't any longer. When he finally confessed to Dylan, they started a secret relationship, knowing that the conservative school and EJ's parents would never accept them. Their love story faced its greatest challenge when someone decided to out them, threatening to shatter the little world they created for themselves.

Cade Swanson is a high school senior who has only one hope of leaving his awful life: art. On top of the stress of the school year, Cade has a lot to balance. His best friend ignores him every time she's in a relationship, his mom is working two jobs, he's raising his little brother, and he's trying to build a successful portfolio as an artist to try to win the state art show. The only stability in his life is his friend Isaiah. When Isaiah's mom helps Cade catch his first big break as an artist, he's swept away by success and can start to see the light at the end of the tunnel. As Cade's friendship with Isaiah starts to evolve, Isaiah complicates things by kissing him and rewriting the rules of their friendship. Before Cade even has a chance to consider his feelings, Isaiah's mother dismisses him as too low class to be part of Isaiah's life. And just when things can't seem to get anymore confusing, Cade's dad has decided to try to be a part of his life again for the first time in four years.
