A few weeks after Blaine returns to Lima after confessing to Kurt he cheated Blaine is found dead in his room. Kurt returns to Lima for the funeral afterwards he goes back to New York where he spends the next five years constantly searching for Blaine and wishing he'd come back. 

What happens when one day that wish comes true?
