F/n L/n, Kamen rider Ex-aid, sometime after the defeat of Cronus he got suck into a portal and arrive at Nagazora City (summer 2 weeks before school came back and before the Honkai eruption on spring so I can have time for the plot )and enrolled to be student and doctor of the Senba Highschool(he want to be an assistant since he doesn't like any clubs and the nurse of the school mostly not there). Follow his journey to see if he can change the fate of this world and protect everyone's smile.
