The Legend of History's Past (RWBY Male Reader x Ruby Rose)

There once was a great solo huntsman-in-training, one who stood above all others, even standing at the same level as the note-worthy, Team STRQ. His name was Dillion Walker. However his life was filled with bad turn following bad turn. He had to drop out of the academy due to a severe injury he gained on a mission, making him ineligible for combat again. Following that his late wife had passed on about a decade later, leaving him all alone. But just when he hit the bottom, he had found his light again. In the form of a 7 year old child named (Y/N), found alone and scared, he took him in and gave him a family he never had, and began teaching him the way of a huntsman. The way of a protector. And raised him as his own child. (Y/N) had exceled in everything his father taught him, from survival skills, to cooking, to genuine combat. However, bad luck struck again. Grimm had invaded his home and attacked as he was tending to his wounds from practice. He sadly died succumbing to the injuries and blood loss.

(Y/N) survived the incident, as he was in town gathering supplies to survive the coming winter storm. He came home to find his father dead. Tears were shed, and cries were heard out through the night and into the early morning. But he knew his father was gone, but he wasn't. So the child gathered his belongings, buried his father, and began on his journey. To become the greatest hunter that ever lived. And to stop all who threatened the peace that existed all throughout the land of Remnant. THIS IS HIS STORY. Will he discover who he can be? And who will he meet on his journey, will they be friend, or foe? Will a young red rose help him find a reason to keep going, and will the become something more?

Destiny has begun.
