It has been nearly a thousand years since the Purge where humans had wiped out the Vampire race once and for all.
Or so they thought. Desperate to reclaim their numbers, vampires began blooding recklessly, creating the wilder Vankries. As numbers began to rise once more, Ciar, a Hunter, has his work cut out for him.
However, Rosaline Havens, a scholar on vampire traditions and behaviour seems to be his only lead on finding the last remaining Vampire who had descended from the Elders' Bloodline.
