A boy moves into the neighbour hood and every child on the block seems to hate him expect one. The blonde girl next door who had a huge secret crush on him. She becomes the boys protector and they grow closer till they become best friends and make an oath to always be there for eachother until one day when the boy left without saying good bye.

Ten years later after leaving and no contact he comes back but not just an ordinary boy but the drop dead gorgeous and heartthrob bad boy every girl drolls over.
