"Dream is put in house arrest instead, after he got close to 'ending himself' in prison. With how Sam and Quackity tortured him, he snapped and almost accomplished it. But Sam with the little heart he had left, ran to the cell and saved him... still remembering his old friend. 

Quackity is left panicking as Sapnap and George agree Sam's deal and have Dream brought over to be on house arrest in Kinoko Kingdom. (Away from chaos on the main land). Quackity is panicking as he rightfully believes Dream will tell on him to Sapnap, George and Karl about how he and Sam treated him- Quackity is a couple words away from probably loosing all his remaining good relationships. 

But something occurs that may be of his advantage... when Dream was going crazy in his cell, he hit his head and fainted... but when he woke up his vision was blurry and his memory damaged... once he is home.... he doesn't remember Quackity at all... his brain took the opportunity to forget trauma... but what else does he not remember...? And how long until he does remember... will Sam and Quackity pay for what they done in secret...?"

The voice started to tell Ranboo things he shouldn't be hearing, things about how this world isn't real, and they're all variants of another. He's tried to pay no mind to the voice, but day by day it gets louder, and more vivid with it's wording. It's even started to show him visions of events uncomfortably similar to things that have happened in this world..
