Two years later, all of them still pay the price of that stupid expedition, Jean is a jock that drowns his sorrow in being petty and shallow, Mikasa is a depressed teen that is sick of losing people close to her, Sasha pretends like nothing ever happened and hides behind fake smiles, Connie following her lead, and Armin drinks coffee. The night reminding him of the boy who dreamed of the untouchable. They all just want to pretend what they saw in the forest was nothing, meant nothing.
Except, everything changes one night, when their worst nightmare comes haunting them back. The forest still wants them all dead.
