It's hard being a poor family in the 1800s. You have to work hard to get food and work hard to just survive. I thought our family was lucky until our town became covered with a bad contagious disease. Papa told the family we could move to Grandma's house in Wisconsin. How will we make it with the mountains covered in snow?

I try to be a good boy, but it seems I'm as worthless as a rock. I try to help, but I lose my mind and freak out. I have trust issues and a horrible past, luckily the boy next door was there to help me. I REMADE THIS BOOK. PLEASE GO READ THAT VERSION...IT'S A LITTLE BETTER. I will keep this version up just because I know I worked hard on it and it'd be rude to my younger self to delete it...but I highly recommend the newer one.
